Been here several times and each time I've gone, I've gotten the free cupcake, without the "wow, you're only here for the one free cupcake?" look.  SO FIVE STARS!... Okay, so there's more than just that for their rating.  On top of that, their cupcakes (with the exception of few- eh, well everyone's different) actually taste like they could be worth their hiked up price. Parking's kind of a bitch, but where isn't it a bitch in LA? Plus there's a parking structure around the corner where you can get 2 hours free parking, so unless you're going to spend more than 2 hours deciding which cupcakes to get, there's free parking! I'm not sure what else to say, besides that if you're like me and new to the Beverly Hills area, make sure you look carefully for the streets you're supposed to take.  I swear, no matter how prepared I feel before heading over there, I always make a couple circles around that area before I reach Sprinkles.
